About Odessa Animal Sanctuary

Odessa Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 20-3386043) located at 18404 Rustic Woods Trail, Odessa, FL 33556. We operate a permanent animal sanctuary where rescued animals live out their lives.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes about our sanctuary, animals, and programs. You may browse the site, read content, and use forms to contact us or subscribe to updates. You agree not to:

Donations

All donations to Odessa Animal Sanctuary are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donations are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) and are subject to their respective terms of service. Donations are non-refundable unless required by law. 100% of donations go to animal care, including feed, veterinary bills, and shelter maintenance.

Tours and Visits

Private tours are available by appointment only on Saturday and Sunday mornings (9:30 AM – 11:30 AM). Tour fees are $150 per person and go directly to animal care. By booking a tour, you agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by sanctuary staff
  • Wear closed-toe shoes on the property
  • Not bring outside animals to the sanctuary
  • Not feed animals with outside food
  • Supervise all children in your group at all times

Odessa Animal Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel or modify tour bookings. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow staff instructions.

Volunteering

Volunteers participate at their own risk. By volunteering at the sanctuary, you acknowledge that working with animals and outdoor equipment involves inherent risks. Volunteers must follow all safety guidelines provided by staff.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, and design, is the property of Odessa Animal Sanctuary unless otherwise noted. You may share our content on social media with proper attribution. Commercial use of our content requires written permission.

Photography and Media

Visitors are welcome to take photos during tours for personal use. By visiting the sanctuary, you consent to being photographed or recorded by sanctuary staff for use on our website and social media channels.
